Enabling My Lists

My Lists lets patrons compile, save, and manage lists of items from the library catalog. Portfolio lets you determine whether My Lists is active or hidden in the Searching interface.

To enable or disable My Lists

  1. From the Admin console, choose Profiles.
  2. Find the profile in which you want to enable My Lists, then choose the Edit option for that profile.
  3. In the "Patron Options" group, select the Enable Patron Lists checkbox to enable My Lists.

    To disable My Lists, clear the Enable Patron Lists checkbox.

  4. When you have finished, choose OK.

    Note: When My Lists is disabled, all of the My Lists functionality is hidden in the Searching interface, including Add to List in the search results and Preferred List in the My Account preferences.
